There Might be some times requirement to have a HTA input to create and apply the settings based on end user, in this situations we can use OSD WizardEditor.exe to create a XML file for the inputs for example when I opened the OSD WizardEditor.exe 
When I Opened my XML I can see the Preview of my written code 
Finally we can test this wizard also
